Each session will include tailored exercises for you to complete before the next, ensuring continuous growth and discovery throughout our work together.

The remaining sessions will be spaced about one month apart, giving you ample time to cultivate your spiritual practices and complete your personal assignments. If you need support between sessions, you're welcome to reach out via email or text, and I will respond within 24 hours. Additionally, the package includes up to four 15-minute phone calls for urgent matters that may arise. This ensures you feel supported throughout your journey, even between our scheduled sessions.

This package can be purchased upfront, or if you prefer a more flexible option, you can spread the cost over three equal payments. Please note that an additional administrative fee will apply for the extended payment plan. This allows you to choose the payment method that best suits your needs, offering convenience and flexibility while you embark on your journey of self-discovery.
